New Year Kick-Starter Program

As we all know, January is the time when new year resolutions are made. But how many of those good intentions are maintained? Up to 95% of new year resolutions involve fitness and health, but sadly after only a few weeks nearly 80% of those resolutions end up being abandoned completely or start to wain.  

The two main causes of failed fitness goals are lack of knowledge and accountability. If you've never been to a gym before then it's hard to know where to start, what machines to use and what exercises are the right ones for you and your goals. Without the proper knowledge it is easy to try every machine but not really see any results. I can help you with this.


I have created a New Year Kick-Starter Program to get you going! Over a 4 week period this personal training program will provide you with the knowledge you need to begin your fitness journey in right way. Comprising 2 personal training sessions per week, the structure of the Kick Starter Program will be:

  • Week 1: Your fitness journey begins with a chat about your existing health. We will set your fitness goals and create a tailor-made program specifically for you.

  • Week 2: Now that you are familiar with the exercises, we will also look at nutrition. Training and the correct nutrition go hand in hand. We'll assess your current diet and talk about suitable food choices.

  • Week 3: It's time to ramp things up! In this week's sessions we are going to expand your training by introducing some new exercises. You should be able to lift heavier or perform more reps. 


  •  Week 4: During these 2 training sessions we will look at how far you have come in the last 4 weeks and set your training plan for the future. Motivation gets you started, habit is what keeps you going. 

Price: £200 ( 8 personal training sessions over 4 weeks).
