For Care and Nursing Homes

As a fully qualified personal trainer and chair based exercise instructor, I am passionate about helping older adults gain strength and improve mobility. My aim is to bring fitness to those who may not be mobile, lack muscle strength, or flexibility and balance. 

I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, wherever they are. As a mobile fitness coach, I travel to local residential and care homes in Hereford and provide in-house group training sessions for up to 10 people. My sessions are perfect for all mobility levels and are designed specifically for the elderly. For just £45 a session, your residents can join me on a fun fitness journey and experience the benefits of a healthier lifestyle in the comfort of their home.

Strength and mobility training should be part of our lives, no matter what our age. By providing your residents with a regular form or exercise, especially resistance training, you will not only help prevent osteoporosis but will also keep your residents stronger for longer, cutting your care costs in the process.

Exercise not only strengthens the body, but it also has a positive impact on mental well-being, releasing endorphins that boost mood and reduce stress levels. In my sessions, I focus on building strong relationships with my clients and creating a supportive community where we can come together and have fun!

Where the sessions take place:

  • At your care home - within 10 miles of Hereford City Centre.

Session availability: 

  • 7 days a week, between 10am - 4pm, by appointment only


  • 1 group session (up to 10 residents) - £45
