My passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle started years ago when I lived in Norway, a country renowned for its holistic approach to health. Inspired by the Scandinavian lifestyle, where balance among physical activity, outdoor experiences, and mindful living is second nature, I've committed myself to promoting the same sense of well-being in others.


True wellness begins with a resilient, agile, and functional body. It's not just about looking good; it's about feeling good, both inside and out.

I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer. I have experience working with clients targeting weight loss, injury rehabilitation and overall health maintenance. I also hold qualifications in Holistic Nutrition and Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management.

I specialise in creating bespoke training programs aimed at a variety of goals. My role is not just to instruct, but to educate and empower. What might seem daunting today will become a seamless part of your routine under my guidance.
